We’re all trying to lose weight and to become more healthy, so we can be happier. So let’s become our own fairies; make our own dreams come true. This challenge isn’t just about losing weight and loving your body, but also loving yourself and feeling good about who you are and everything about you.

All teams are full for this challenge, so I apologize if you wanted to participate. You can request to be put on the waiting list and will be notified if you can participate, in the event that someone drops out or is eliminated. No worries, though, if you aren’t on a team, that doesn’t mean you can’t still do the challenges!

So I&amp;#8217;ve tallied up all the weight ins I&amp;#8217;ve gotten. In the end, I decided to follow someone&amp;#8217;s earlier suggestion regarding counting by percentage of weight lost, rather than just pounds. It really does make more sense, considering it&amp;#8217;s usually easier to lose pounds when you&amp;#8217;re heavier. So here are the results, percentage wise; I calculated percentage of weight lost for each girl who weighed in, and then added them all up to get a total.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Team Tinkerbell total weight lost: 20.8%&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Team Silvermist total weight lost: 27.7%&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Team Rosetta total weight lost: 24.7%&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Team Fawn total weight lost: 7.3% (not a lot of girls weighed in.. sorry loves :/)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Team Iridessa total weight lost: 50.8%&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;So the overall winner is &lt;strong&gt;Team Iridessa&lt;/strong&gt;! Now, for individual winners in each team:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Team Tinkerbell: thinningitout at 6.2% lost!&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sunday&lt;/strong&gt;: Tinkerbell doesn’t like to be afraid—she’s actually quite brave! So try something new today… it could be anything, even as small as just trying a new exotic snack: go to the supermarket, maybe there’s a strange fruit you’ve never tried? Or maybe a new activity, because if you’ve never gone ice skating or rock climbing before, now’s your chance!&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Monday&lt;/strong&gt;: Our main fairy likes to flaunt her little green dress, so Monday will be all about &lt;em&gt;green&lt;/em&gt;—as in, the environment! Go out of your way to recycle today, or conserve some energy or water. Maybe you should bike to your friend’s house instead of driving (all the more exercise for you)!&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tuesday&lt;/strong&gt;: Tink is all about confidence, so give yours a little boost today by making a post telling your teammates what your favorite part about &lt;em&gt;you&lt;/em&gt; is! It might be your eyes, nose, shoe size, voice, or your favorite talent—your “confidence booster” could be anything!&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Wednesday: &lt;/strong&gt;Sprinkle some fairy dust on your day: add a bit of glitter to your makeup or wear sequins to give yourself an extra little bit of flair.. be creative! If you’ve been good lately, even go so far as to treat yourself to a sparkly mani-pedi!&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Thursday:&lt;/strong&gt; Tinkerbell is quite the little inventor, so take today to think up something new to make. It could just be a new piece of deco for your room, or you could try making something like your very own “little box of thinspo” (corny, I know). Again, this is all about being creative!&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Friday&lt;/strong&gt;: Problem solving is something our Tinkerbell is especially good at! Use your brain a little extra today. If there’s something in school you’ve been stuck on, put your all into it (and get it over with already)! Or maybe a friend’s been having some social troubles lately; try to help them out!&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Saturday:&lt;/strong&gt; Let’s go back to the color green; this time, the challenge is to spend some time outside! Now that we’re getting even closer to summer, the weather seems to have warmed up a bit and it’ll be a bit easier to do this challenge this time around ;) so get some fresh air, go jogging, or play some basketball or tennis!&lt;/li&gt;

Things have been pretty busy as of late. However I will not be canceling this challenge under any circumstances. So, I&amp;#8217;ve decided that I&amp;#8217;m just postponing Tinkerbell Week for 2 weeks - so you won&amp;#8217;t have any daily challenges for the next 2 weeks, or weigh-ins. But please still keep active with your teams and don&amp;#8217;t forget about the challenge! Also don&amp;#8217;t forget to weigh in at the end of &lt;strong&gt;this&lt;/strong&gt; week. If you want, talk amongst your team, pick a few past challenges you really enjoyed and do them over :)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Once I get back, I&amp;#8217;ll update everything, including team points and such (haven&amp;#8217;t included the last weigh-in yet&amp;#8230; been packing, sorry!). Then I&amp;#8217;ll give you girls Tinkerbell Week. At the very end, we&amp;#8217;ll weigh in one last time, and the girls from each team with the most weight loss will recieve a prize, as well as the team with the most weight loss total. The weight you lose in the 2 weeks in between will count toward your final weight loss too! In addition I&amp;#8217;ll be sending thank you rewards to each team captain. Team captains will also be asked to choose one girl from their team who has been the most active in the challenge (not including themselves, of course) and that girl will also get a prize!&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;February 13-19&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sunday:&lt;/strong&gt; Silvermist isn’t exactly the biggest fan of loud noises… peace and quiet is more like it! Today, keep yourself in check - if and when you want to scream or yell, take a quick deep breath. You’re better than that. If you want you can go even further and take a few minutes to sit in silence and meditate, or read a book and just relax.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Monday:&lt;/strong&gt; Favorite color? Blue! Like the periwinkle skies and the turquoise ocean… Today should be easy, just throw a little (or a lot) of blue onto your outfit. I’m sure you’ve got a nice pair of jeans somewhere :)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tuesday:&lt;/strong&gt; Water, water, water… it’s important, it’s useful; let’s just say it was kind of like, well, God’s gift to earth. Does anyone agree? :D Since we’re all trying to lose weight, we’ve got to be drinking tons of water. But today, try to remember to drink more - add in another two cups before bed or try to double your water intake for the day. (Don’t forget to stay near a bathroom!)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Wednesday:&lt;/strong&gt; Something that’s super important to Silvermist is peace between all her friends; she hates quarrels and tries her best to make everyone get along. So today, just reevaluate what’s been going on in your life - if you’ve been having a hard time or a disagreement with a friend, sibling, boyfriend/girlfriend, or anyone else, do your best to make things okay between you two again. &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Thursday:&lt;/strong&gt; Silvermist has got a real go-with-the-flow attitude. Apply that to everything you do today. Don’t let little things get you down; if something surprising comes up, take it as if you’d expected it for weeks!&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Friday:&lt;/strong&gt; One of Silvermist’s best traits is that she’s sympathetic, and she’s always there for a friend in need. Try to do as many little good deeds as you can today. Or pay close attention to some of your friends, maybe they’re not really as okay as they seem. You know what that’s like, don’t you?&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Saturday:&lt;/strong&gt; Again with the water today! But instead of drinking it, how about we exercise in it? Go swimming, or try some new water exercises - they’re supposed to be great for muscle development (check out some of &lt;a href="http://www.divine.ca/en/health/exercise-finder/c_266/?do=by_part&amp;part_id=1&amp;muscle_id="&gt;these&lt;/a&gt;!)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;A quick note:&lt;/strong&gt; I’m going away for vacation sometime this week, and I won’t be back until the first week of March. Unless someone steps forward and is willing to substitute for me, I’m going to have to postpone the last week of the challenge until I get back. I’ll probably still be able to log on, but I don’t think I’ll have enough time to run this. So please, if you’re willing, contact me and let me know if you want to help, I’ll tell you what you need to do. If not, you girls won’t have daily challenges until the week I get back. You’ll still have your teammates, of course, but you’ll also have to wait a bit before I tally up points for prizes and such. &lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sunday:&lt;/strong&gt; Rosetta’s favorite treat is buttercup soup. So today, treat yourself to some soup for or before a meal. One suggestion is Healthy Choice chicken noodle soup, it’s yummy and only 100 calories a can - dilute it with water and you’ll feel full after as little as 1/4 a can (that’s 25 calories)!&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Monday:&lt;/strong&gt; Rosetta enjoys a good bedtime story and tells them all the time. If you’ve got a younger sibling (or even a pet) sit down with them before tucking them in for the night, and read or tell them your favorite bedtime story from your childhood. If you haven’t got a sibling or pet, snuggle up in a blanket and read a good book!&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tuesday:&lt;/strong&gt; One of Rosetta’s favorite things is dressing up, so go for a new look today! If you usually like boots, wear sneakers; if you like to wear your hair in a ponytail, let it down; if your favorite eyeshadow is blue, try a vibrant green or purple!&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Wednesday:&lt;/strong&gt; Rosetta pretty much knows anything and everything about looking good, and is always there to help out her friends when it comes to fashion. Today, share your favorite fashion or makeup tip with your team!&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Thursday:&lt;/strong&gt; Pink is (obviously) Rosetta’s color, so work some pink into your day. Even if you don’t have or like pink clothes, how about a little tinted lip gloss or a bit of blush? Even go as far as to snack on some yummy grapefruit or have a strawberry yogurt!&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Friday:&lt;/strong&gt; Again, Rosetta loves looking good, so look extra nice today. Dress up your outfit and makeup (and don’t forget to hang out with some friends so it all pays off)!&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Saturday&lt;/strong&gt; Advice is something Rosetta is super good at, so make sure to help out your friends and your teammates today! Give them advice about anything - someone they have a crush on, or a new hairstyle that would look stunning on them - whatever you want!&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;This week I’ve got a SPECIAL challenge for you girls! &lt;/strong&gt;Set a weight goal for the end of the week (my suggestion is no more than 3 pounds less than your current weight). As soon as you reach that goal - and this can be any time during the week - treat yourself to a little something special, Rosetta-style! Go get a mani-pedi, a new haircut, or buy yourself some new makeup you’ve had your eye on. You’ve worked hard to get here and you deserve it!&lt;/p&gt;

Like today, I ate 1,213 calories, but I ended up burning 687 for a net of 526, and I lose weight fairly quickly. Would losing over 5 lbs because of that be considered unhealthy?&lt;br /&gt;&#13;
